How to Book Your Appointment

1. Reach Out - Your Way

Book online for the fastest confirmation, or call/text us directly if you’d like to speak with someone first or need a last-minute appointment. Whichever you choose, we’ll confirm your time, location, and any add-on services (scan-to-email, printing, FedEx/UPS drop-off) before we arrive.

2. Choose Where We Meet

Wherever works for you – your office, the lobby, a hotel, a hospital room, your apartment, a café, or our Midtown Satellite Location. We come to you, or you come to us.

3. Have Your Valid, Unexpired ID Ready

A current, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) is required for every notarization. Documents can’t be notarized without it – so keep it with you for your appointment.

4. Confirm Your Documents Are Ready

Bring your full document(s) unsigned – do not sign anything before we arrive. If you need printing done ahead of time or in the moment, let us know when booking so we can prepare it.

5. Meet Your Notary

We arrive on time, dressed and ready to conduct your signing professionally. If plans change – a delayed train, a meeting running long – just text us. We’ll work with your schedule, not against it.

6. Sign, Notarize, and Handle the Extras

Once your ID is verified and your documents are signed in our presence, we complete the notarial act on the spot. Need it scanned and emailed immediately? Printed copies? Dropped at FedEx or UPS after? We take care of it before we leave.

7. Appointment Complete
